Andrea Serrano is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in San Diego, California. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of San Diego and a graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) specializing in Autism from Ball State University. With 15 years of experience in ABA, Andrea began her career as a behavior technician, achieving her BCaBA certification in 2013 and subsequently obtaining her BCBA certification in 2017.
Throughout her career, Andrea has worked extensively with individuals aged 2-15 with Autism and related disabilities in diverse settings, including homes, communities, schools, and through tele-health services.
Andrea is deeply committed to providing compassionate, empathetic, and supportive services to individuals and families. Drawing on her wealth of experience, she founded Florece ABA, an ABA company driven by compassion, empathy and respect. The vision of Florece ABA is to collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to create inclusive environments that foster independence and positive community experiences. Andrea’s ultimate goal is to make a meaningful impact by empowering the individuals and families served by Florece ABA.
